i score good marks in neet like 600 marks and the cutt off marks is 588 then it is possible to go college and take admission directly and no need to attained neet round 1 and 2 counselling .

Hi
For taking admission in any medical College, you need to attend counselling.
If you get selected in first round then it's good otherwise you have to appear for second round of counselling.
There is no other way to get government or private medical College in india.
