I scored 100/720 marks in neet 2020 (because I filled my whole OMR wrongly otherwise I was getting 620), which means i even didn't qualify will i be eligible to give neet 2021 and what strategy should I apply?

Eligibility criteria for NEET : Age limit and qualification of 10+2 is required , the previous marks in Neet or any other competitive exam is not mentioned.So, you can try once again in the upcoming examination.
-Solve questions and simultaneously mark them on omr . This is a very safe method and chances of error are less but its time consuming .
-Tick the answers to some type of questions in question paper and bubble them later after confirming the answer. These questions include lengthy and complex calculations or any other tricky but solvable questions.
-Bubble the most difficult questions at the last.

Eligiblity criteria for neet2021 is as follows:
Candidates should not be less than 17 years as on 31
st
December 2021. Upper
age limit
will be 25 years. Qualification: Candidates must have passed 10+2 or equivalent from any recognized board.
If you follow above criteria, you will be eligible for neet2021.
Their is nothing to add in the strategy part as you were already getting 620,but I would like to suggest to to join test series, and solve a lot of question paper keeping time limit in mind and filling the answers in omr.
