This will help you get an estimate of your rank.

After having gone through this, I think that you may have a slim chance at getting in at Manipal but, maybe not for the desired branch.

To get any branch at Main campus, Score should be above 140, FOR JAIPUR marks required are 107, Therefore you might not get desired branch.
