Sorry to disappoint you but with this score even with the advantage of sc reservation that chances of you getting admission in any good medical college are very low. You need to at least score more than 350 to even get good private colleges. You can only get some low ranked private medical colleges with this rank. I would suggest you to drop the year and come again next year with much better preparation.
