You have no chances to get any of the branches in BITS Pilani as your scores are low to get any of the branches including B.Pharma.
The lowest cutoff was for BE. Manufacturing, that is 253 marks. To get into Computer Science Engineering you need to score more than 375 marks in BITSAT. When compared to these cutoffs, your score is less. Hence you have no chances to get into any of the branches in BITS Pilani.
You can try for other entrance exams if you have applied for any.

BITSAT is the common entrance examination for engineering program. Total marks is 450. As you have secured 119 marks in BITSAT, you are not eligible for any course in any of the BITS campuses. You should secure above 300 to get some good course. BITSAT competition increase year wise and number of applicants as well.
