The cut-off marks of clat changes every year based on the difficulty level of the questions asked in the exam.
Your marks are quite good.
On the basis of previous years cut-off list there are fair chances that you can get seat with general rank with such marks and if not then the obc qouta will definitely help you with the admission.
This is basically on the previous years basis..
