I scored 122 in jee mains 2017 with a gen category rank of 46583. Which college is the best option for me to pursue btech in core branches.

Go with private college which are better

And have better placement and future.

As it will be difficult to get admitted in government college. In core branch

Go for any state level govt colleges or IIIT as I don't think you can get any of the NIT

my state of eligigbility is uttarakhand so i will be easily easily getting pantnagar university. will that be a good decision?

I don't have any knowledge about patnagar University...
so if you think it's a good college go for it or else drop for a year
