i scored 13 marks in theory and 20 marks in practical in cbse class 12 maths is this pass

The theory paper for class 12 exam will be of 60,70,80 or 100 marks. the practical examination will be of 20,30 or 40 marks. Passing Marks Criteria:
As per the CBSE circular, students of class 12 who secured 33% marks in both theory and practical separately are treated as pass.
for Practical exams:
out of 40 :13 marks are needed
out of 30: 9 marks are required
out of 20 : 6 marks are required
As per your marks the theory marks are not in the range of 33% I think it is fail.

For your CBSE Board Examination result, I would like to tell you that you have not passed in your Mathematics subject even though your aggregate of Practical + theory is 33.
------- The reason behind this is because, You need to pass both your practical and theory examination separately .
------ For theory paper you need at least 23 marks out of 70 in order to pass it but you have got only 13 marks and thus you have failed in the theory examination and in your result it must be written RT means repeat in theory as you have failed in it
