Based on your marks  you are not supposed to get any government colege.And you are not supposed to get any good private college also. But it also depends on your category to which you belong( General,OBC,SC or ST).If you are in general category then you are not supposed to get good college in UPTU. As your choice is CSE and for CSE you must have good marks.You are not supposed to get a good college in CSE branch. But if are in OBC or SC/ST then you may look for certain private colleges where you may get  admission. It also depends upon level of paper (easy, difficult,hard). It also depends on cutoff list and number of the students appeared for the exam. You may get chance in these colleges.If your first and last choice is CSE then you are not getting a good college otherwise you can look for core branch. You may get Mechanical engineering, electrical engineering or civil engineering here. These are the certain colleges where you can apply based on your marks:

1. IIMT engineering college Greater Noida.                            Ownership: private

2. ITS engineering college Greater Noida.                              Ownership: private.

3. Greater Noida institute of engineering and technology,Greater Noida.                                                         Ownership: private

Obviously these colleges are not so good in terms of placement. But if you are actually want to take admission this year and you have no any other choice then go through these colleges in counselling. You must go through counselling till last round. Otherwise if you want to get a good college then drop this year and do preparation for UPSEE exam . Then you are able to get your according to your choice. It is better to dropped this year and attempt exam next year.

The qualifying marks for upsee exam is 25% of 600i.e. 150 marks .So, having 136 marks in upsee you cannot go for any of the govt. colleges in U.P . But you can get private universities by management quota.So, i would suggest you Jss , noida and galkotias university , greater noida for btech CSE as these private colleges are trending nowdays due to their good placements and environment.
