Hi, 140 is a good score. The NTSE result for Jharkhand has not been released yet. It is expected to be released by the month of April 2019. Only after the declaration of result, the cutoff will be released. This year, NTSE has increased the number of scholarships from 100 to 2000. So, many states have started releasing the revised merit list for stage1. Due to this, there have been changes in the cutoff pattern also. You may qualify because cut off lies in between 140-160.There might be a chance you'll not .You are in such a case that both the things can happen.So best option will be you should start preparing for stage 2.Don't waste time thinking about it.
