You can expect your rank to be in between 8000-11000. Last year the cut off was 866 in round 3 for admission to Computer Science Engineering for admission in to Manipal Institute of Technology, Manipal. This year the cut off is expected to be in between 700-1000. Considering the previous year cut off and the expected rank you do have chances of getting seat in Manipal campus but you do have chances of getting seat in Computer Science Engineering in Sikkim Manipal Institute of Technology, Sikkim and Manipal University Jaipur.
