There are very less chances, Akash. Better take drop of one year if you're firm to get admission in MBBS/BDS.

You have less chances to get admission for MBBS in Gov & private colleges. So I would suggest you to prepare again for the exam.

You have very less chances to get seat there in MBBS/BDS courses in Govt colleges but if you want you can try for paramedical and ayush courses in private colleges but possibility of getting seat there is minimal as well.
