In 2018 students were required to score about 300 - 350 marks in NEET to get government seat in BHMS. And you must be aware that this year cut-offs were too high. So 300 of 2018 were higher than 300 of 2019. But you have scored 185 in 2019 which too low score for getting government seats in BHMS.
