yes, you can get govt., semi govt. or private institutions with this ranks.
you can get some govt. colleges like -
Jadavpur University, Maulana Abul Kalam Azad University, Bidhan Chandra Krishi Vidhalaya, Jalpaiguri Govt. engineering college etc.
