According to what marks you have mentioned I would like to say that with these marks you can only clear your exams but you won't get a seat as last year least marks to secure a seat under state quota from your category was 393 marks in Rajiv Gandhi institute of medical sciences, Adilabad. Remember cutoff varies every year depending on number of students appearing in exam, difficulty level of exam, students scoring more than you and your category.
