i scored 218.4 marks in allahabad university pgat exam in msc physics, do i have chance to get admission in the university?

Yes,you definitely stand a chance to get admission in the prestigious university as previous cutoff for general category is 184 and above and you scored more than that. I would like to inform you allahabad university have not released their official cutoff yet for msc physics.
