I scored 220 on 800 in Manipal 2019. I hope to pursue mechatronics in Manipal campus. Is it possible to crack it with this score ?

Look, your score in met is medium good. For mechatronics, the cutoff rank in round 1 is around 11k. In last round, the cut off rank becomes 17k. So, you may try for it.
