Hello,

The cut off marks for last year in King George Medical University, Lucknow was 613 for Open Category and 490+ for Reserved Category under All India Quota. As you have Pondicherry quota, you will have to apply for counselling in All India Quota process. A score of 222 therefore, is very low for admission through the AIQ counselling. Even if the cut off changes every year, the chances of the cut off to decrease up to this range are very low. Therefore, your chances of admission in this colleges for MBBS is very difficult.

Good Luck.

The chances of admission through All India Quota are very low. However, you can try for admission through the state quota. You can try for other courses like BDS in state quota.

Hello, Do not worry so much. If you really want to get admission for MBBS then a score of 222 will not help to get a seat in government colleges. You are a repeater, so I guess you have a very good idea about the syllabus of NEET and the overall cut off procedure for admission. If you are so dedicated towards MBBS then I suggest, take one more year for proper studies. Put in your 100% efforts and be confident about your ability to crack the exam. Join a coaching class if possible or study at home using NCERT books for 11th and 12th and solve lots of mock tests to get proper time management training.Or if you want to drop the idea of MBBS then you can go for other paramedical courses or other pure science graduation courses which also have good job opportunities.
