I SCORED 240/600 IN ICAR 2019 IN EWS CATEGORY. ARE THERE ANY CHANCES TO GET A SEAT IN ANY COLLEGE?

Dear aspirant,as per the previous year cutoff for general students,there are hardly any chances of getting a government college with this ICAR score.Now regarding the new EWS category the cutoff might get lower than general category student.so might be there some chances of getting lower government colleges.Regarding private colleges chances are there of getting them at this score.

Please tell me name of some private or semi government colleges where the admissions are still going on because when I went through some of the college's website it displayed the message that form submission is over! So please suggest me some colleges whose forms are still available!

And which are those lower government colleges? Give their names too, please.
And and.. will I be able to even register for icar counselling 2019?
I have EWS certificate I got 200 marks in icar ug exam did I have chance to get at least last seat in last catogery
