I scored 24.30 marks in Civil engg in GATE 2020 and my cast is open graduate with 6.9 pointer. which colleges may possibly gate for Mtech?

As you have not qualified the GATE Exam in general category, so you won't be eligible for NITs or IITs. ou will got private colleges with this score.
