Congratulations for the result. There are various factors such that category, number of seats available, number of students applied etc and all these decide the cutoffs. If we go through cutoffs of last few years' then with this rank then you have average chances of getting Electronics anr Communication Engineering in Vellore Institute of Technology, Chennai campus. For Chennai campus, in 2015, the closing rank for the branch was around 39000, while in 2016 the closing rank was 25000. So you can see that the cutoffs vary every year but it seems you have average chances of getting ECE there.
