You need to understand that the cut off for a medical college depends upon your category your domicile state as well as other you are applying from the all India quota for state quota or not.
You should have mentioned your category and your state.
But let me tell you that with your marks it's extremely difficult for you to get a medical college in most of the states many states like Kerala Orissa Uttar Pradesh Delhi have extremely high cut off close to to 540 marks.
