Hey,

The cutoff is subjected to variations every year depending upon the number of candidates appearing for the examination,the difficulty level of question paper and the reservation category of the candidates.

This year,even the candidates who scored in 500s are struggling to get even private Medical colleges consideing the fact that the cutoff is too high this year. So,there are little chance that you may get government Medical college even if you belong to a reserved class. However,nothing can be said with certainty.
