See,as of now it's very difficult to predict the exact cut-offs as they keep changing every year depending on various factors like no. of students appeared, difficulty level of the question paper ,seat matrix and overall performance of the students . But we can have an idea of your probability of getting selected into your desired medical college based on previous year's cutoff scores and ranks

From you profile I see that you belong from Mizoram . The closing AIR through AIQ for Zoram Medical College in Mizoram in 2020 was 95727  and score of about 490.

The closing AIR for the last government medical college through AIQ for the ST category was 96,390.

So ,seeing the above cutoffs it seems difficult that you'll get a government medical college through All India Counselling despite having an ST category .

You have low chances for mbbs in government colleges in all india counselling. So, you may not choose to participate in all India counselling by registering yourself on the official website of MCC if your sole aim is to get Government Medical College for MBBS through all India counselling

But yes,

You have  chances in deemed universities for mbbs which are listed below along with their cut off marks in neet 2020,2nd round all india counselling conducted  for 100 % deemed university seats   :-
