I scored 309 marks with rank around 3lakh can I get admission in private mbbs college with affordable fees in my state uttarakhand or somewhere else

Dear, at your score you can't get affordable private seat at uttrakhand, you can get management mbbs seat in uttrakhand but they are not affordable.
As I am from uttrakhand state, I will recommend you to apply for South states, apply for both all india counseling and state counseling.
