I scored 362 marks in neet 2021 am I qualified for mbbs in Punjab under SC category

Unfortunately based on the previous year cut offs you are not qualified for MBBS in punjab. Last year the lowest mark was 363. This year the cut off may go high. But you are getting BDS in punjab based on the previous year cut offs.
