Hello student.
it is quite difficult to printing whether you will get seat in Ayurveda on not but the chances are very less since the cut off for this year has been tremendous height and the demand for Ayurveda has also been increased you very rapidly this year. for securing a safe seat in Ayurveda you should  at least cross score of 400+ then only you will be at safe side for getting seat in Ayurveda. but still I recommend you to go for counseling wrongs maybe you will get in any of the private colleges so don't lose hope and try in the counselling process.
Hope this helps you.
Best wishes!
