You havent mentioned which State you belong to because you cannot apply for Private Medical Colleges of other States. For Government Medical Colleges of other States, its through All India Quota. And this score is too less for All India Quota.  Having said that, cut offs change every year and are dependant on various factors like no.of seats availble, no.of candidates appearing for the exam, top NEET score and difficulty of the exam.
