Hello aspirant,
I hope you are doing well and good. As you belongs to 3b category but for Cut-off division there are only 4 categories as you that general, OBC, ST , SC .

So according to your caste you have first check which category you belongs to.
According to my information 3b category either comes under general or OBC category.

Here name of some government medical college for you in respect to accept 400 marks

1. Kadagu institute of medical science
2. Karwar institute of medical science
3. Chamarajnagar institute of medical science
4. Gadag institute of medical science
5. Raichus institute of medical sciences
6. Hassan institute of medical science
