Last year the NEET cut off marks under SC category for government medical colleges in Bihar (state quota) was in the range of 371 to 387. So, yes, you most certainly will grab a government college seat in Bihar through state quota. It won't be exact because the statistics vary each year depending on the performance of your fellow competitors. But, rest assured that you will get a govt. seat.
