You have not mentioned which category you belong to or the state of yours. With a score of 392, you have chances of procuring a seat only if you belong to the reserved category. It also depends on your state. For example, With this score, you can get a seat in the government medical colleges of Karnataka while it is not so in the case of states like Rajasthan for which the scores are extremely high even in private colleges.
