For 392 marks, you can expect a rank between 148870 - 181020 as per the rank predictor.

According to previous years' data for NEET exam, the marks should be 550+ to get admission in any government college in India if you belong to general category. For other categories, marks should be 440+ to get admission. The cut-off differs every year so, check the official website.
