No, yo can't get admission in this college at these marks. This is a low for getting any government college
For getting any government medical college you need a score of 600+ for obc / general category.
The last year's cutoff for Government medical college Gwalior ------> 590 marks for obc category
I would suggest you to take a drop and try again next year, as you will not get any government mbbs, bds, bams, bhms college at these marks.
Try to score 600+ next year.
