Even Management Quota seats are filled through State Counselling. The remaining seats which are vacant are filled through Direct counselling provided that the Student has appeared for all rounds and has not been able to secure a seat. With a score of 398, a Management Quota seat is difficult but you might get a seat in Direct admission. Having said that, this is based on 2019 data and cut offs change every year. Cut offs change every year depending on various factors such as no.of Candidates appearing for the exam, no.of Candidates qualified, top NEET score and difficulty of the exam.
