I am sorry but ita difficult for you to get a seat in BDS in karnataka/Telangana under the 15% AIQ.

In telangana last year the cutoff for Government dental college, hyderabad was 515.

And in karnataka the cutoff for the colleges last year were:

Government dental college, bangalore-521
ESIC dental college, Gulbarga-522
Government dental college, Bellary-518

So with your score its difficult.

You can opt for private colleges in some open domicile states like UP etc.

Even in deemed universities you can have fair chances for BDS course.
