It would had been better if you had mentioned your category, since the cutoffs are different for different categories. Regardless assuming that you are from general category, for MBBS you have chances for management quota seats in the government colleges. There are hardly any chances for state quota seats in both private and government colleges.

Regarding BDS you have chances for the following colleges for 85% state quota seats -

• Adhiparasakthi Dental College and Hospital, Melmaruvathu
• KSR Institute of Dental Sciences and Research, Namakkal
• Ragas Dental College, Chennai
• RVS Dental College and Hospital, Coimbatore
• Sri Venkateswara Dental College and Hospital, Chennai
