The competition these days is pretty tough especially for getting a government medical college. In Assam, the cutoffs are a bit less but don't go so low that they touch the marks scored by you, i.e. 412.

Every college's cutoff closes above 420. But you may have a chance in Tezpur Medical College, Tezpur as last year its cutoff was 420. If it decreases this year, then you can go for it.

Sorry to say but according to previous years cutoffs you will not be able to get a seat in a good government Medical college with 412 score even if you have a state Quota of Assam as their cutoffs are above 420. Here you can check the previous years cutoffs of different colleges:-
