I scored 417 marks in NEET 2020. Will I get a seat for MBBS or BDS in private colleges in Kerala ? Is there a possibility to get government seat for BDS or BHMS in All India Quota?

Plus you have also not specified the category you fall under, so I will give you a general answer for your query:

You can definitely expect BDS seats in Private Colleges with your rank and maybe if the cut offs fall or you get a chance to fight in the last rounds of counselling while seats remain then Private MBBS college as well.

On the basis of your marks ; it is not possible for you to get MBBS seat. Also you are not from reserved category. Only way to get MBBS on this marks in private colleges through this marks is donation. Aslo it might be also difficult for you to get BDS and BHMS in AIQ.
