Hello aspirant

With 430 marks in NEET you may get

Cut off neet Karnataka state quota seats for BC category

Bangalore Medical college

government- 523

Private -431

Kempegowda Institute of Medical Sciences -

Government 447

Private -

M. S.Ramaiah Medical College

  • Government -446
  • Khwaza bande nawaz Institute of gulbarga
  • Government 445
  • Private  380

Hence depending upon above analysis you may get state quota seat private college . So according to me  it will be better to accept the seat which one you get  than to wait for last round
