Since you have not mentioned your home state so considering it as Maharashtra according to your profile.

As we go through previous year's cut-off then it shows that in 2019 the lowest cut-off marks was 487 for Ashwini Rural Medical College Hospital and Research Centre, Kumbhari under state quota for OBC category and we saw an increase of around 25-30 marks in institutional cut-offs in 2020. So if you are targeting for NEET 2021 then your score should not be less than 515 out of 720 marks especially for Government medical colleges in Maharashtra .
