Candidates must have passed 10+2 with science stream (Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics/Biology).

A minimum of 60% marks in aggregate (55% for reserved categories like SC/ST/PWD) in class 12 is typically required.

Your Score:

Since your PCB score is 45% but your overall (including English and Hindi) is 61%, you may not meet the eligibility criteria unless there is relaxation based on overall marks or reserved category.

Hello aspirant,

During their Class XII (or equivalent) test, candidates must have taken a minimum of three subjects from the following categories: biology, chemistry, mathematics, and physics.
Candidates from SC, ST, and PwD groups must receive at least 55% of the possible points in their Class XII (or equivalent) exam. It is necessary for candidates from other categories to receive at least 60% of the possible points in their Class XII (or equivalent) exam.

So you do not follow the eligibility criteria and ineligible for IAT Exam.
