For eligibility regarding the IAT (IISER Aptitude Test) and NEST (National Entrance Screening Test) .

IAT (IISER Admission) Eligibility:

General category students need 60% aggregate in 12th (PCM/PCB).

SC/ST/PwD candidates need 55% aggregate.

Since you scored 45% in PCB and 61% overall , you might not be eligible in the General category but could qualify if you belong to SC/ST/PwD.

NEST Exam Eligibility (For NISER & UM-DAE CEBS):

General/OBC/EWS : 60% in 12th (PCB/PCM).

SC/ST/PwD : 55% in 12th (PCB/PCM).

If your overall aggregate (including English & Hindi) is considered , you may qualify but if only PCB marks (45%) are considered you might not be eligible.
