I scored 454 rank in biotech CET in general category! Can I get a college?

first of all congratulations on getting such a wonderful rank. By meaning Biotech CET i would assume you are interested in BIOTECH thorugh CET . With respect to your rank ,you have a very good chance in getting the college of your choice in first initial rounds itself.
please do research about your stream and the best college for your stream and hope you get into the college of your dream.
