I scored 460 in neet 2018... I have punjab domicile. Can I get college in Punjab or should I drop again?

As per the last year cutoff according your score the chances are less to get a seat under 15% quota seats & state quota seats. You can try for the private colleges or deemed universities. It depends on you if you think that you can score well & require only top Government colleges then you can go for it.
