For Kasturba(deemed university) :you need to clear neet apply online for it and seat allotment will be done by DHGS

For st john and ramaiah : You can apply only through KEA .For details of Registration, Document Verification and Counselling for MBBS Admission, please refer to the announcements on the KEA Website

(though here you will be eligible to private quota seats but not to government seat as 85% is for karnataka domicile only)
