You have scored 477 Marks in NEET UG 2019. As you have mentioned you belong to general category you have a very less chance of getting admission into government MBBS and BDS college with this score depending on your homestate quota. My home state is Assam.

According to previous year cutoffs yes you have some probability of getting admission into the Government medical colleges. However these are subjected to change every year. for more info go through the link given below
