yes you have a chance of getting into an iim in the country as for getting into an iim you need to have a really good CAT score .and your class 10th and 12 th marks does not matters much ( although it cannot be said it does not matter at all ) .due to your low score you have a slight disadvantage than other candidates .but you seems to be dedicated for iims you can definitely get into any .
