Neet first round councelling is already done. So by now you know which colleges you can get or which you can not. If you did not receive any in the first round I suggest you to try for the same in the second round of councelling which is on going. as of now it would be difficult to put forward any specific prediction since the cutoffs have gone way higher.
For your reference I present you 2018 data about the cutoffs for various categories in mysore medical college under state quota.
