Coming to your question, according to the previous year’s cutoffs, it seems to be difficult to get admission into a government college. The lowest cutoff was in the range of 570s for the OBC category.
But the cutoffs do vary every year and it depends upon the number of candidates appearing for the exam, the difficulty level of the question paper, total seats available.
In the year 2018, the NEET cutoff for UP state quota seats for the OBC category had come down to 429 for Lala Lajpat Rai Memorial Medical College. So do keep hope.
