It would be difficult to tell you the exact as cutoff varies everyyear depending on the factors such as no. of applicant appeared for the exam, Difficulty level of the exam, performance of the candidates etc.
However you can check the previous year cutoff to take an Idea about the admission possibilities in IITs & NITs with the given below link.
